toolbar & view settings

How can you force a specific settings for one specific workbook. For example, I would like with the file val.xls that when anyone on any computer open this file the following happens

force the screen with the view: no sheet tabs, no formula bar, no column and row and on exit to reset to previous view but on exit only

In addition, I would like to force a customize toolbar to display and remove the regular one

Then I want to put a password to open the macro.

I'd suggest asking this in one of the many newsgroups related to Excel (they
all start microsoft.public.excel).

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
