Toolbar Text Labels can they be removed?

I can find no option to remove all the text labels from Outlook 2003. So is
there a way to do it? Even if it means a registry addition, subtraction or
alteration?

The toolbar label can be removed from an individual button the same way in
Outlook as in every Office program: View | Toolbars | Customize. Right-click
the button you want to change.

Sorry but that is not my question. I want to remove the text labels. In
Outlooks main toolbar the New, Reply, Reply to All, Forward, Send/Receive,
and Find still have text labels and I do not want them nor need them. Unlike
IE and OE there is or seems to be no option for removing the text labels.

That's the question Sue answered: Open the View | Toolbars | Customize
dialog then Right-click
the button you want to change. Choose Default style to remove the text.

You need to do it one button at a time as Office doesn't support the
all-or-nothing method of editing tools that OE uses.

Did you actually try what I suggested? If you did, you must have missed the
option for Default Style (aka picture only).
