Toolbar - Resize - Buttons disappear

Hello all,
I have a toolbar that has about 8 buttons. When i shrink the size of
hte window, the buttons vanish based on where separators are located.

Ideally, i'd like to have a button come up like in IE when resizing
that has the >> characters and when you click the button, you get a
drop down of all the hidden buttons.

How can i do this with the C# toolbar? I've tried playing with all
the different properties and nothing has seemed to work.
