Toolbar Images Disappear Runtime

I have a toolbar with an imagelist to build images. The toolbar uses indexes
to point to the icon in the image list. At design time I can see the images
just fine, but at runtime the images aren't there. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Thanks for the help. I tried what was in the kb doc that you sent. Didn't
seem to help. I moved the line of code and then did a full rebuild. Nothing
changed. Also saw there was a possible bug with docking the toolbar. Is this
possible and if so do I need to delete my bar and redesign it?
