Toolbar doesnot display images in Win2003 SE

I have DellAxim X30 with WinMobile 2003 SE. I wrote a simple form with a
toobar that has to icons. These icons do not display when I diploy the app on
to my PPC. The appear ok on the Pocket PC 2003 Emulator.

Did anybody see this earlier and has a solution to this.
