Toolbar Appearance

Just install Office 2003 on XP SP2. In Outlook the toolbar has this
scalloped look that doesn't align with the buttons. If I drag the
toolbar to a separate window and back again it looks normal, but as
soon as I switch to another application and back again the original
appearance is back. The same thing happens in an email window.
I don't have this problem on my work computer which is still Windows
2000.

When replying by email, remove NOSPAM from the 'reply to' address.
 
Try renaming the outcmd.dat to .old, the file can be found in

Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

its for ressetting the toolbar settings

I closed Outlook and renamed the file and then reopened Outlook. No
luck.
