Tool to convert from C# source to VB .NET source ?

I have some applications written in C#, but now, for some reason, I want to
continue develop these applications in VB .NET language.

Does anyone know the tool for this purpose ?

if you want to have a local installed full featured tool use # develop
( sharpdevelop )

it is free and it kinda surprised me ,,,,, as it has some nice features like
code converters between C# / VB.Net and VB.Net / C# etc etc

well i would say download it and try it yourself
