tool menu missing on main menu bar in microsoft word office 2003

The tool menu has dissapeared from the main menu bar. I am using vista and
office 2003.

How can i restore it.

Many users have reported losing commands from their menu bar. Try these
fixes (in order):

1. Open Tools | Customize.* On the Toolbars tab, select Menu Bar and press
Reset.

2. If that doesn't work, switch to the Commands tab and select Built-in
Menus in the Categories list. In the Commands list, select the appropriate
menu and drag it to the menu bar.

3. If that doesn't work (or the problem recurs on restarting Word), see

*Note that there are numerous ways to open the Customize dialog without
requiring the Tools menu. One of the easiest is to double-click on an empty
area of any toolbar, or right-click on any toolbar or the Menu Bar and
select Customize.
