Tool bar keeps moving around when I open Word

How do I stop the top of word from jumbling things around. I move things to
look just so and then when I access word from within my outlook the top is
all over the place again.

Unfortunately, there just isn't any way to "lock things down". Especially since
Outlook uses a different set of tools than when you open Word directly.
