Tool bar addresses

I asked a question a few days back on how to clear the
hstory on my homepage under internet options. What I
was told worked. Now those same web addresses show up
when I start to key in the tool bar address line. Can I
clear those out? I have deleted history, cookies, temp
internet files, gone into autocomplete and cleared all of
that stuff,

Clearing IE's autocomplete

Also, be sure the all the Autocomplete on the Content tab is cleared, and
set the History on the General tab number of days to 0.
