The children loaded Kazza onto the computer, i removed it and when i did so have ruined the computer. i have tried restore but it is still a mess.
C drive has now gone to D drive most of the memory is used (with what i dont know) The reboot disc does not work
When i try to load my original discs i am told there is not enough disc space
How do i get rid of everything on the memory and start again
As you can tell i am not good with computer
Any sugestions will be greatly received

If you really want to start over reboot your computer while holding down the delete key or if a Hp hold down the F11 key to get to the bios screen. Choose boot option tab select boot from cd press F10 to save. After computer comes up again reboot with the windows cd in cd player. You have several options now: install, repair or format and install. You can try repair option if this does not work do same procedure and select format and install. If any more questions please ask.
