Too many recipients Issue

I received a message with multiple "to many recipients".
I checked my ISP and found out that they are limiting
the number of recipients per message. They do this to
prevent spam.

Now, I have to split serveral distribution lists to work
around this.

¿How can I move 110/220 contacts from one distribution
list to a new one, so both of them have the same number
of contacts?

Word mail merge can get around this problem.
¿How can I move 110/220 contacts from one distribution

By hand.
 
Word mail merge means that I have to show every employee
how to do it. Is there any way to move 110/220 contacts from
one distribution list to a new one?
