toggling

Is there a way to toggle between existing worksheets using the keyboard? I
hardly use the mouse, except for that & it cuts down on my time. Is the mouse
the only way?
 
Ctrl-F6 & Ctrl-Shift-F6 will cycle through open windows.

Of course, Alt-W plus a number will allow you to select a specific workbook

Also, Ctrl-PgDn & PgUp will move up & down through the worksheets in a
workbook

yes there is a way to toggle between tabs using the keyboard..press Ctrl+PageUp or Ctrl+PageDown
