Both versions.
Click the button icon and point to your worksheet and holding down the left
mouse button drag a button the size you want. You didn't say what you wanted
to toggle so I assume you know how to do that.
When Mike says "click the button icon", he means the "Toggle Button" icon...
it looks like two horizontal rectangles stacked vertically where one of them
looks "pushed in".
