To reduce booting time

My XPE runtime environment is ,

<Hardware>
1. VIA C3 800 Mhz
2. 128 MB
3. S3 Grahpic

< software >
1. Windows Logon
2. Custom shell
3. TCP / IP , IE , etc... Included
4. OS Size : about 170MB

Booting Time is slower than XP.. I don't know the reason.
Booting is holding about 20 seconds at the "Welcom ~ " screen.

Do you know some components to recommand related to this ?

Hi Steve,

You have two choices:
1. Plug your device to network with DHCP server.
2. Change your net adapted default settings from DHCP to some static IP
address.
