To overcome Proxy

My main Laptop is used to connect the Internet Broad Band Connection.

From my main Laptop i am using other laptop through Lan and through Proxy .

As I am using Lan with Proxy I am unable to down load emails in Outlook
express.

I would like to overcome Proxy when I want to excess the Outlook Express
from my other Lap top which is working on Lan.

kindly guide further to overcome proxy, when I want to down load emails from
Outlook express.
 
Why use a proxy? Just do Internet Connection Sharing to allow the
other laptop access to the internet..
