To make a bootable CD from rec and HD?

Tosiba laptop with recovery CD and partition hidden for recovery and drivers.

I'd like to make a a somewhat normal XP cd to use for repaires like so many
mention, I have the valid sticker on the case. I s there a way to do this??

It sounds like you want to create a BartPE disk.
You might have to beg/borrow a Windows XP disk to create one, though.
