To hide MS Access windows

Is it possible to hide the MS Access windows? I want to build a shortcut icon on the desktop and it will link to my startup form only. All the MS Access core windows (environment) will not show up. Is it possible?

Yes, under the Tools menu, select StartUp. Then uncheck
the Display Database Window option. Enter the name of
the form you want your database to open up to in the
Display Form/Page combo box.
