Presumably by "all the ones" you mean whomever sent you e-mails as a result
of you disclosing your true e-mail address when posting in a newsgroup, a
public communications media that spambots scan to harvest e-mail addresses
along with peurile scum that like to lob grenades without ever hearing or
seeing their effect. We also have to consider you as stupid since YOU chose
to open those infected e-mail attachments from unknown senders plus you
don't bother to run anti-virus software that scans your inbound e-mails.
You run around the mall (newsgroup) tossing flyers everywhere (posts)
notifying whomever reads the flyer of your telephone number (true e-mail
address), and you expect no one to misuse that information? How old are
you?

computer.Unlike you who obviously has nothing better to
do than read postings and reply (like hanging around the
post office and grabbing the tossed out meat fliers)
You my friend, have no right to judge me or question my

Posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in your news
account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other viruses
sent to you....see http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help in the
future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not much
you can do other than changing your address.
This advice applies to all newsgroups, not just MS ones. It's unlikely that
anyone is manually sending you anything.
