tivoli connector

I try the new Outlook 2007 (Office 2007 Beta 3)
My ibm connector for interface Tivoli and Outlook dont work with this version
The microsoft connector is not ready for Outlook 2007 too.

Where or When Can I find a tivoli connector and be compatible with outlook
2007

I guess you mean BETA 2?

Don't expect these type of add-in updates before RC1 of Office 2007.
Traditionally these (add-ins like connectors and pst-backup add-in, etc) are
made available within 2 months after the full release.

Sounds like you might want to ask IBM and lower your expectations. Many applications won't work with Outlook 2007 until much later in the beta cycle.
