Title Bar Settings

Where do you change the title bar settings. I work for a
law firm and my pc was just swapped. In the title bar
(upper left hand corner) we see the document name plus the
client matter number. After the swap, I only see the
doucment name. Does this have to be changed in Word or
the Document managemnet software (Hummingbird)?

Check out the global templates on the old PC, one of them would have
been hard hacking the title bar.
