Timetable

Hi, I am trying to create a time table report for an organisation I
work with.


I have tried using a crosstab but this doesn't work.

This is what I want the report to look like:
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
9.00 joe joe
adam dave
sarah

10.00 george
john
paul
11.00


12.00

with a crosstab I'm finding that acess returns only the maximum or
minimum fields, so eg. for monday at 9.00 only joe is returned if the
maximum expression is set.

can someone please help as this is driving me crazy.

However how would you put multiple clients into one time slot? in our
organisation we can see a number of different clients at once.

There is a generic concatenate function at
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/OtherLibraries.asp#Hookom,Duane. This
function should be able to "put multiple clients into one" expression.
