Timesheets for Overnight work

I am currently using a spreadsheet to calculate times for our employees. Our work generally takes us over-night after working a full day. What formula do i need to calculate the following: (Start 9:00 AM - End 5:00 PM) + (Start 10:00 PM - End 3:00 AM)?
