Timeout - Logout

Users don't close out of the Access database their using
causing problems with others. I need:

If no keystrokes for some time, say 2hours then close the
access database.

Or

Close access database say at 9:00PM.

I would prefer the keystroke method but will be thankful
for whatever I can get.
