I think I am clear now
Far from it I am afraid. Why are you changing the time on the receiving computer? The time should show a GMT time which is universal and standard across all time zones.

After furious head scratching, Praful asked:
| Hi Milly,
| When we open the Message in the INBOX, we have on Top Right
| SENT:<DATE><TIME>, which is the date and time of the machine from
| where the message was sent. If I change the date and time of the
| machine from where I am getting the message then the Date and Time of
| the message will also change inside the ITEM. I want to have the TIME
| ZONE with the SENT:<DATE><TIME> tag so that I know from which time
| zone the message was sent to me.
|
| I think I am clear now.

||
||| Hello All,
|||
||| My organization is working in different time zones. So sometimes
||| there is a confusion when the mail was sent as the SENT time of the
||| mail in the INBOX is the local time. Is it possible that I have to
||| original time when the mail was sent and have the TIME ZONE also
||| displayed with it.
||| So in the Mail, I see the Sent Time with TIME ZONE from where it is
||| send. Is something possible in the client end.
