Windows time server has a wrong time zone for Jerusalem. It screws up my
time with every synchronisation. CAN SOMEBODY FIX THAT?!?!?!?

The point is that it also gives wrong time for other places! My office is in
USA, and times in outlook are wrong, I can't plan online meetings and phone
calls properly!!

Is the correct time zone set in Outlook (Tools|options|preferences
tab|calendar options|time zone)? Is Jerusalem not GMT+2?

Yes, but there is no Daylight Saving adjustment in Time Zone tab in Date and
Time? At least not in my Win XP SP2
