Time Service/Firewall

Win2K domain secured behind firewall. Win2K stand-alone server on DMZ

I want to sync DMZ server time with WIN2K DC. Is it as simple as opening up UDP Port 123 on the firewall

(Remove 2nd @ in Email address if replying to that address)
