Time picker

Hi everybody,
In Access 2007 when we define a field as date/time in forms a date picker
opens when we get to that specific field, I need to have time in that field
instead of date, can we change date picker to time picker ? or at least force
access not to show date picker?
 
To turn off the date picker just put form in design view and select the
control. Display properties and then Format, Show Date Picker change to
Never.
