If you have software that will allow you to easily generate a simple
website, uploading it there, and posting the URL could help someone. That's
what I did with some examples -- http://accdevel.tripod.com. You'll have
someone else's ads shown (which is not a problem for most of us) but the
site is free at http://www.tripod.com. I think there are still a few other
places to get a free (albeit usually small) website.
