Time Conversion

Are there any classes in ASP .NET which I can use to perform timezone
conversion? For example, I need to convert Sept 10, 2004 11:00am EST
into Pacific Time, or Tokyo time. Hopefully a class which Day Light
savings into consideration.

I've asked this question with little results. Eventually, I'll have to
write my own solution if I can't find something.
