I am using WindowsXP-Home Edition.

I am unable to view a document.
The document that I am trying to view appears to be looking for something
related to Quit Time, which is installed on my computer.

Is there a windows view that will open this?
What do I need to do in order for this document to open?

Thanks,
Sandy

It seems like your file association for the TIFF file has been changed. I think the program you are referring to is Quick Time, which changed
the association from the default setting.

If you open up My Computer and choose Tools from the Menu then choose Folder Options. Alternatively, you can get to the Folder Options
in the Control Panel.

Open Folder options and choose the "File Types" tab

Scroll down the registered file type extensions until you have the TIFF extension. In you case it probably says Quick Time. With the TIFF
extension highlighted, click the "Change" button below the list.

If you have Microsoft Office, the program that is used to open a TIFF file is the "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" You can also choose
"Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" which also works well.
