You can't drag system folders like TIF. If they're accidently moved or
removed, Windows simply restores them. But the TIF can't be moved or removed
by mere drag/drop. You need to go through Internet Options, or the registry
itself, or via a tweaking tool like Tweak UI, in order to change system
folders. You also have to logoff for the changes to take effect...
Most likely the OP has simply enabled the "Do not show hidden files and
folders" option in Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | View.
Other than troubleshooting purposes, why anyone would want to view such
folders on a regular basis I do not know. But all hidden folders are only
hidden from view -- they still exist and can be accessed by entering the
appropriate path or URL into the address bars of both Windows Explorer and
Internet Explorer.
