Tick Box

Hi all
I have a couple of reports which display tick boxes. I can print these no
problem but when I try to publish them to word the tick box does not carry
across. Im using Access 97 and word XP. I have also tried Access XP. Any
advice appreciated

That is correct. Rich Text Format does not support many of the drawing type
objects.

Either replace that field with text (maybe do an "X" for true and an
underscore or space for false) or use a PDF or Snapshot format instead.
