Need to KNow

G'day to all. I have a slight and unexpected problem.

Up until this am, I used to be able to view thumbnails as a Slideshow
(Slidestrip???). All of a sudden I can no longer do so.

I've not added/nuked or changed anything at all on my system.

Any ideas???

Hmmm

Thanks.

Open folder | View | Customize This Folder | Select Pictures or Photo Album

You can view your pictures as a filmstrip in any My Pictures subfolder or
any folder customized as a pictures folder.

Filmstrip view is available in picture folders. Your pictures appear in a
single row of thumbnail images. You can scroll through your pictures using
the left and right arrow buttons. If you click a picture, it is displayed as
a larger image above the other pictures. To edit, print, or save the image
to another folder, double-click the picture.
-----

This issue can occur because the Filmstrip feature requires that Show common
tasks in folders be selected to view the full functionality.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, select Show common tasks in folder:
1. Double-click the My Computer icon.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. On the General tab, click Show common tasks in folder under Tasks.
4. Click OK.

If I knew that, well, I would probably be lying on a beach somewhere with an
umbrella drink in one hand and....

Anyway, keep having fun, Richard. ;-)
