Some folders thumbnails appear dimmed, fuzzy
Some folders thumbnails appear as they should
Folders could be adjacent to each other, or subfolders of same parent?
No pattern to the problem.

sample comparing two thumbnails, a dimmed, and ok.

Any ideas how to fix?

Thanks

do you have some photos set up as background photos? If so, that may be the
problem.

no photos setup as background photos? thumbnails of photos stored in some
folders all of a sudden appeared
dimmed, in other folders thumbnails appear normally.

(e-mail address removed)
delete the "nospam" before sending.

Don,

Enable Windows to show all files, and then delete the THUMBS.DB in that folder. Let the thumbnail cache recreate.

Thanks for reply. You suggestion did not work, but, I caused me to notice
that the folders with the problem had the "hidden" attribute on, on the
graphic files. Turning it off fixed the problem. Have no idea how the
files got marked hidden?

Thanks again.
