Thumbnail Hyperlink

Hi.
I made a thumbnail hyperlink, by dragging a photo from my images folder onto a page I created. However, now when I click on the thumbnail its says. "No Picture Editor is configured." What does this mean, and how can I fix ths.

Hello....

After you put the image on the page... did you then create a hyperlink by
selecting the image and creating the link? From your description is sounds
like all you did was drag it onto the page.... so when you click on it you
are really trying to open it and perhaps there is no photo editor
available.... hence the message.
