If you log in with an admin account and use the User Accounts
applet in control panel you can adjust the account types.
You probably should boot over into a safe mode boot, log in
with the built-in Administrator account, and then set a strong
memorable password on this account (kids tend to know of,
get told of, find, . . . this account if it is left unsecured).

Just did a fresh install of XP Home. As the installer and owner of said
software I created my screen name and the process continued to the end.
Later on I added two more users for my kids and they have administartor
rights above mine! They have complete access to everything, yet I can not
load a program. What did I do wrong?
