No they don't,you were not issued the windows hologram
disk trust me. Look at your office disks those are FULL
installation disks. I knew something was wrong when I had
more disks for office than Windows. Try upgrading your HDD
and see what happens. no company does that I assumed I was
getting it because of the cost of the windows they charged
me for in the custom built system.. They still played
games.

I could have unclicked the operating system option had
three hundred bucks taken off my bill and went to staples
and purchased it myself and not had this headache. Now
they'll resissue it to another customer and I'll never
know it. There is no other reason for them to refuse to
release even the reinstallation disks unless that's what
they are doing.

Quit with the complaining..

1.. you broke the cd..
2.. XP fits on one cd..
3.. OEM Windows is always supplied the major computer manufacturers..
4.. Don't throw away the computer.. give it to a charity, school, hospital..
5.. Always read the conditions of sale before agreeing to any purchase..
6.. You received more than just XP in the software bundle, so did not pay
$299 for Windows alone..
7.. CAVEAT EMPTOR
