HELLO I HAVE A SONY *DIG* CAMERA SO A TOOK A MOVIE WITH IT THEN WHEN I
DOWNLOAD IT ON MY LAPTOB IT CAN IN THE THM FORM

IS THERE A PROGRAM FOR IT ?

I would think that is a thumbnail image of the movie you took.
(It is usually a renamed jpeg file)
Try to open the THM file with XnView or IrfanView.

I would think that the movie file should
have a AVI, MOV or a MPG extension.
