A site that you could subscribe to where actual experts answer the tough
questions.

Experts-Exchange is a joke. Tons of simple Q & A. Not crap for complex
questions.

The newsgroups aren't much better. You will get an occasional hit on a
tough topic, but (for the most part) you are SOL.

When Google doesn't help, there are no examples on MSDN, and you can't find
the answer through MUCH searching the internet.....where do you turn?

Does anybody know of a site where REAL experts answer the really tough
questions?

It is exactly as you describe, however probably another answer than you
expect.

The problem is mostly not complex, however the way the question is made.

Samples, people who are telling that they are using VB6 in past and could do
something with that in a certain way, instead telling what they want to
achieve.

Just my thought,

Notice that newsgroups are free to use, so you get a reply without paying
for it. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee that you get an answer (except
for MSDN subscribers who will get an answer within two days). One of the
problems of this group is the large number of posts. Often it's hard to
keep track of a certain post.

The service you request would be something people will have to pay for.
AFAIR, Microsoft will give you additional support calls for a fee, or you
can contact a local expert who will assist you to solve the problem for
money.

First post the question here, stating that you didn't get an answer
elsewhere. Often, questions with a very long description don't get answered
because it simply takes a lot of time to read the text and often the text
contains redundancy and unrelated information.

Jim has been asking the same question about DDML for several months and has
had no joy.

The trouble is that this is a very esoteric subject that probably only
people writing low-level video device drivers are likely to be interested in
and as a consequence even though this group is chock-full of "real experts"
it's not chock full of people who have any expertise in that particular
area.

While I feel Jim's pain I am unable to suggest a course of action other than
to go breaking down the doors of NVidia, ATI or MS themselves.
