This Page Cannot be displayed

Someone please help....

I've run adawareSE and a registry cleaner and microsofts xp repairer.
Everytime I try to go to certain sites or download anything from them
I get a "this page cannot be displayed" - this also happens on the msn
home page, ads will not appear, only "this page cannot be displayed"
with a "click here" - i've tried everything and am at a loss....

I'm running XP service pack 2 with ie
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2.rtm.040803-2158 with 128 bit cipher strength.

Any help would be appreciated GREATLY!!

Run the edit on line 68 and reboot
