This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on
your computer. Please contact your system administrator.

This happens when I try to go to TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS.
I am set up as the site administator. I think I got a
virus that changed this, it also keeps changing my start
page even after I change it. I can get to INTERNET
OPTIONS by going through the control panel.

Please help.
