I've been running XP for a year now and today it won't
let me choose Tools/Internet Options within Internet
Explorer. I haven't installed anything in 2 months or
changed anything, but whenever I try Tools/Internet
Options I get:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator.

I have administrator options turned on, I've tried
restoring that didn't help..... any ideas...?

Do you have Spybot S & D installed ?
