I need some help getting FP 2003 to work without telling me that the feature
is not available and shutting down when I start it.
I suspect what happened is a profile issue. The following has been done:
1: Installed FP 2003 on Citrix server (Win2k Server with Metaframe XP).
2: I launched it from the console to verify installation OK. When it
started, it asked for a name, and I accepted the default (administrator) and
exited.
3: I went to the user's workstation to test the access to the FP 2003 as a
Citrix client, logged in to Citrix as the target user, and launched FP 2003.
When it started, it again asked for a name, and I again accepted the default
(<user name>).
At this point, FP 2003 said "This feature is not available" and shut down
(about 5 seconds after loading).
If I log in as Administrator, I can launch FP 2003.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't change anything.
How can I fix this so the target user can run it (the EULA allows remote
access for one user, which is exactly what this is for)?
TIA,
Tore.
