This darn exe file

Hi. Thanks for trying to help. It's not listed as running when I press
ctrl alt delete.
I downloaded an adware program to see if it would pick it up and maybe
delete it. It actually lists it in the log of checked files but doesn't put
it on the list to quarantine or delete it. I still cannot delete it and my
F-Prot program is giving me warnings all the time about it but cannot delete
it.
It's in the System 32 folder.
Does anyone know of any patches possible being created for the syscpy.exe?
By the way, John, while doing the adware scan I found 26 things that have
been put on the computer so it wasn't a bad idea even though it didn't help
with this one.
