Help please, every time I reboot I am confronted by the message " this copy
of windows must be activated" choose activate yes or no, if no I am sent to
reboot,
if yes I have to fill i everything about my existencd on yhis planet, then
microsoft
tells me they cant find an internet connection, I baugtt this new computer 2
year ago with windows installed by the factory, and activated it within 1
day, any ideas

Reads like it burped and corrupted your activation. Microsoft product
never burp, right? :-||

Does it show you the option to "activate by phone?" If it shows that,
try going that way. If it will boot that way, it should put you into
a dialogue where it will give you a phone number, and you can spend
some quality time on the phone with a "helpful micorsoft operator"
reading your key and getting a code that will hopefully fix it up.
You should have your key on your "genuine Windows advantage" card, if
not it should be on a label affixed to your computer case.
