Third Party Backup Program

Can anyone recommend a really good backup program? I'm using Genie Backup
but am not really happy with it.

I've use the Veritas Backup Exec through many versions across Windows
9x/ME/NT4/2K/XP (there are different incompatible versions for 9x/ME and
NT4/2K/XP). I might've simply used the included NT Backup program that
comes in Windows XP but it won't do any compression (unless a tape drive, if
that's the destination, supports it in its own hardware). Veritas no longer
carries Backup Exec. They sold it off and, I believe, it is now Backup MyPC
(http://www.stompinc.com/); the screenshots for it
(http://www.stompinc.com/bump/bump_details.phtml?) are exact matches of my
Veritas Backup Exec. I think Stomp is the 4th owner of this software (it
keeps getting sold off when the owner decides to refocus their product line,
but it still survives).
