there is no web called "/"

Im using Frontpage 2000 and every time i try and publish
my web i get a message that says 'there is no web
called "/"'. what does it mean and why does it stop my web
from being published?
 
Because the FrontPage Server Extensions are messed up. You want to check the Server Extensions and recalculate the web. If this is a host that you don't have control over the servers bring it their attention.
