There is no Send button on my outlook mail

There is no send button on my Outlook mail. How do I
correct this?

What version of Outlook are we talking about? In case of 97/98/2000 in which
mode did you install Outlook? When you installed it in No-Email mode you
need to change this to Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup mode.
