The "X" in Outlook should have "Are you sure you want to close?"

When I'm working fast, I hit the X on the Outlook window and I have no choice
but to wait while Outlook closes down and wait some more will I open Outlook
again. Before Outlook closes, it should have a "Are you sure you want to
close Outlook?" option.
